Laboratorium penciptaan telah menjadi salah satu model penting dalam mendukung perkembangan seni pertunjukan kontemporer. Beragam laboratorium menawarkan pendekatan yang berfokus pada riset artistik, dramaturgi, atau eksplorasi praktik seniman.

Melalui Reka Kelola, Kelola mengajukan satu perspektif lain: bagaimana jika keproduseran dihadirkan sejak awal sebagai bagian dari proses pengembangan gagasan? Dalam payung program ini, seniman dan produser bekerja sebagai pasangan dalam sebuah proses inkubasi berbasis kohort, dengan rancangan yang disesuaikan dengan tahapan perkembangan karya. Sesi ini akan mengeksplorasi pendekatan tersebut melalui paparan dua platform di bawah Reka Kelola, yaitu Produksi Karya Inovatif dan Lab Inkubasi Keproduseran, serta percakapan bersama pasangan seniman x produser yang akan merefleksikan bagaimana kolaborasi mereka memengaruhi proses penciptaan, pengambilan keputusan, dan perkembangan karya.

Creative laboratories have become one of the key models for supporting the development of contemporary performing arts. Many such initiatives focus on artistic research, dramaturgy, or the exploration of artistic practice. Through Reka Kelola (Production Lab), Kelola offers a different perspective: what if producing were integrated from the very beginning as part of the creative development process?

Within this program, artists and producers work in pairs through a cohort-based incubation process, with each collaboration designed to respond to the specific stage of the work's development. This session explores that approach through presentations on two platforms under Reka Kelola—Produksi Karya Inovatif (Innovative Production Platform) and Lab Inkubasi Keproduseran (Producers' Incubation Lab)—followed by a conversation with artist–producer pairs reflecting on how their collaboration has shaped the creative process, informed decision-making, and influenced the evolution of their work.
