Bagaimana sebuah wilayah diproduksi sebagai panggung? Panel ini mengajak peserta menelaah bagaimana kepentingan politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya, melalui berbagai mekanisme kekuasaan, membentuk wilayah sebagai ruang representasi. Wilayah dipahami bukan sebagai ruang geografis yang netral, melainkan sebagai konstruksi yang terus-menerus dibentuk melalui pemetaan, narasi, citra, dan berbagai praktik representasi. Proses tersebut menentukan siapa yang memperoleh visibilitas, siapa yang berperan sebagai pelaku, siapa yang menjadi penonton, dan siapa yang tetap berada di luar pandangan.
